What we collect
Our website has no user accounts and does not save the details you type into it.
- Enquiry form: when you tap "Send on WhatsApp", your browser turns the form into a WhatsApp message. Nothing is sent to our website's server. We only receive the details if you send that message.
- WhatsApp and phone: when you message or call us, we receive your name, phone number and anything you choose to share, such as your event date or photos.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to you, plan your appointment and manage your booking. We do not sell your information.
Photos of our work
We may photograph the looks we create for our portfolio and social media. We only publish photos of clients with their permission. If you would like a photo of you removed, message us and we will take it down.
Other services on this site
Some parts of the site are provided by other companies, which may collect data under their own privacy policies:
- Google Maps (the maps on our Contact and Gallery pages)
- Instagram, for the reels shown on our Home and Portfolio pages. They are loaded through Behold.so directly from Instagram's servers.
- WhatsApp (Meta), when you choose to message us
- Instagram and Google, when you follow links to our profiles or reviews
Cookies
Our website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. It saves two small notes in your browser: one for the current visit, so the opening animation only plays once, and a copy of our Instagram feed for a few hours, so the reels load faster. The embedded Google map may set its own cookies.
Your choices
To ask what information we hold about you, or to have it deleted, message us on WhatsApp or call us. We will respond as soon as we can.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
